Zero is no longer a valid entry in Payment form

Until recently my customers could select to purchase zero "0" items (registrations) in the PayPal payment field in my form (i.e. "I am registering, but I prefer to pay upon arrival" or "8 or my friends and I are coming, but we will all pay at the event, I'm alerting you we will be there, but I am not paying for them") either way they could register with the number attending set at 0, and I would get the registration. Zero is NO LONGER a valid entry, and I didn't change it, and I want it BACK.

When editing the form I got error message "JotForm is currently unavailable". Why?

I have had many reported glitches lately, please I am paying for this service and I want it to WORK?

I tried it on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/62485235840155 but I could see or produce the problem. In the payment field, you can select zero(0) in the drop-down and it will yield 0.00 amount as well.

Here is the video when I test.

Perhaps I was looking incorrectly, can you describe more the steps on how to produce the issue.

We will wait for your response.

    Thanks.

    P.S.

We did have a brief temporary issue on our side earlier. But the back end team had restored all services immediately when reported. It should not be an  issue anymore.

Please check again. I suggest restarting your browser and re-login back to jotform just to be sure its refreshed.
