Payment, transaction id, payer info and products left off some submissions with payment

Some of my submissions are missing payment, transaction id and products left off some submissions. This is on the reports and the submission activity pages. I have looked up this info on paypal and with the same date, time and user email and found the transaction. This info was on the report the other day now it is not.

 Half of all my submission on this form are like this.

This is found on Spirit wear form. I found a transaction on paypal for this email at exactly the same time.
