Unfortunately, this is still not fixed as of testing with my forms. I have also raised your thread to our devs so once this is resolved, you will be informed here.

We're terribly sorry for the long wait, but we'd like to inform you that this is now fixed.
If in any case, the issue still occurs on your other forms, simply open the payment wizard, edit the coupons and save them to reflect the changes.
