Form is not displaying on Instagram

I create a form and add it to my side but when I enter to the site with instagram in their in-app browser the form does not appears. Do you know why?

You can insert the form's link in your profile page. Here's a guide from Instagram: https://help.instagram.com/362497417173378

You can get the form's direct link in the Publish wizard. Just click the Publish button in the toolbar and then you'll see the direct link.
