Connect Personnel Database with JotForm

Secondly: I am wanting to find out is there a personnel database of which works with Jotform, as I have membership of my club going to happen and there is going to be quite a lot joining up and I want to see if there is a Database which can automatically fill in the fields from the submission of the jotform, so as i can easy access and have tags for searching teh database.?

I am not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean you want to populate a field in your form with data from your submissions page? Unfortunately, it is not possible. But you can show the submissions in your form as report. Please see How To Create Form Reports in JotForm for more details.
