    Invalid integer error message in Stripe message.

    Hi I have setup Stripe payment gateway on the link below but when I have tested it (first time trying) it shows the error: Invalid integer: 65.949999999999

    Hello glosdigital,

    Since your form is a live form, I could not test it as it requires live credit card. I cloned your form and integrated wit my stripe account. It seems to work just fine and I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Hi, I tried as an iframe but I got a a different integer error. I have changed the form to test mode on https://www.padstowfish.co.uk/christmas-hampers/ 

    Maybe its something to do with it being embedded?

    I also used the discount code TESTCOUPON to get 99% off, would that cause it?

    I sent a test submission to your form and used the TESTCOUPON as you suggested. I was able to replicate your issue. I received the invalid integer error after submitting the form.

    It looks like the issue only occurs when I use the test coupon. When I didn't use a coupon on your form, I was able to submit it successfully.

    It looks like the correct discount value is not being applied when I used the TESTCOUPON, and as such the error shows invalid integer.

    Please allow me to do further tests on my test form and I will get back to you once I am done testing. Regards.

    After further tests on a cloned version of your form, I was able to confirm that the 99 percent discount rate was causing the invalid integer issue. Changing the discount rate to a lower value allowed me to submit the form without any errors.

    Please try the same on your form and let us know if the issue still persists.
