Inquiry about the Free account.

I'm using your free starter package and I'm just wondering what the 100 monthly subscriptions means? Does that mean I'm only allowed to have 100x to use the form on my website? If that same form is on different pages is it considered 100x for each page? Thank you for taking the time to help!  

 

Are you referring to the monthly form views or to the monthly submissions?

Form views
In the Free plan, you have 1,000 form views per month. When the form is loaded, it is counted as a form view. It is the same thing if the form is embedded on a webpage. Because if you opened the webpage where the form is embedded, the JotForm form will loaded. Form Submissions
Under the Free plan, you have 100 submissions per month. It means that you can only receive a total of 100 submissions on all of your forms. The submission counter resets back to 0 every first day of the month.

Okay with the 1000 form views is that per form I create or all of the 5
forms I'm allowed for free

It is not per form, it is the total number of views from all of your forms.

What happens to the forms on my website if the views go over 1000 in a
month and over 100 submissions in a month?

When you exceeded the monthly limits, you will be notified via email. The email will also suggest that you upgrade your plan.

If you don't do the upgrade, your account will be suspended and the forms will be disabled. It means that no one can open the form. The error message "Form not found" will appear once you tried opening the form.

Okay thank you. I use website builder with godaddy and I am setting up my
forms. However, I can't help but use and check out the form to ensure it's
to making liking. I don't want to be taking away from my submissions and
views. Is there a way around this?

I would like to inform you that as long as you are logged in to your Jotform account on the same browser, you can keep viewing your forms on your website without it being counted in the form view limits. The form views will only be counted if someone else views your form. You can find out more information about this on our blog post here: Form View Limits: What is it all about?

With regards to the 100 submission per month limit, this will only be counted when a form is submitted. If you click the submit button on the form, then that will count as one submission.
