My forms are disabled!

    Hi there, 

     

    my forms are disabled! I've upgraded plans so I can receive more submissions. Please help!

    Hello,

    I checked your account and found one form to be violating the terms of use of JotForm. You have a form which has a field asking for credit card information. This caused your account's automated suspension as our filters detected this matter. Here is the form:

    With this, I have reactivated your account in order for you to access your forms. Please delete or remove the said field in order to prevent your account from getting suspended again by the system.
