So I gave it some time before I tried again and it seems that embedding the forms worked again. Is it normal for the forms not to work right after creating a new one? I had the 2 forms working and then I created another 3 and again none of the forms want to work. I'll give it some time again before I try and hopefully they will work on my site. I am curious to know if this is common problem or if it has just been me that has encountered this? Thank you

I have checked your account and I have seen that your account has been auto-suspended due to phishing.
You are not allowed to receive credit card information from the users without payment gateways as you did in your form named "Credit Card" as the following screenshot:
This is the reason your account has been auto-suspended by our automatic phishing detection system. So that, your forms does not work.
