I am not receiving any of the forms I have set up to firstname.lastname@example.org so I changed the email address to email@example.com and I am still not receiving any forms. I tested the form and it says it is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org even though that email address is not in the recipient area?
As I have checked, your account email address email@example.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason you did not receive submissions into your email address firstname.lastname@example.org. I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.

Test emails are always sent to the account email. So, that is the reason the test email went to email@example.com email address.
