    Not receiving submissions

    I am not receiving any of the forms I have set up to baliedge@hotmail.com so I changed the email address to stacey@baliedge.com and I am still not receiving any forms. I tested the form and it says it is sent to baliedge@hotmail.com even though that email address is not in the recipient area?

    Hello,

     

    As I have checked, your account email address baliedge@hotmail.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:

     

     

    That was the reason you did not receive submissions into your email address baliedge@hotmail.com. I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.

     

    Moreover, you can check if your email is in our bounce list or not at the following link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

     

    Test emails are always sent to the account email. So, that is the reason the test email went to stacey@baliedge.com  email address.
