I canceled my subscription but it was charged again

    Our account was cancelled and the account is still being billed.

    PLEASE CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!

    I checked your account's history. It seems like you downgraded your account on November 6 to FREE and upgraded again to BRONZE MONTHLY on November 20. 

    As you have requested, I cancelled your account and refunded $19 to your account. Your account is now FREE.

    Please check again and let us know if you have any problem.
