I am getting so incredibly frustrated... please help ASAP
I have been adding conditions- but now all of a sudden the condition section won't load. Ok, I look at my form and the first section of conditions have been deleted! Section One conditions are completely gone. That is an hour of work just GONE. I need help ASAP.
This is so frustrating. Please please someone have a look at this as soon as possible.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I have cloned your JotForm and see that there are 9 conditions set on the form. The conditions wizard seems to be loading properly at my end.
If you see that the conditions are missing from your form, you may try reverting the form to an earlier version if you have the form saved while setting up the conditions. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with reverting the form to an earlier working version.
Also, please try logging to a different browser or using a private/incognito window and see if that helps in displaying the conditions wizard.

are you sure you are on the right form?
I have over 100 conditions on this form.

nope- looks like the right one.
Anyway, I just tried again and the conditions page won't even load. And the conditions that I had made previously are still gone. I'm assuming they have been deleted. I can't even get to the conditions page to readd them. Is there perhaps a limit to the number of conditions I'm allowed to have?

Sorry about that. I got an incorrect link earlier and was looking at a different form. I cloned the right form and see that the conditions wizard is not loading at my end as well. It looks like that there is a conflict with the conditions/fields on the form. I am able to access the conditions wizard by clicking on Conditions icon on a specific field.
I see that there are about 190 conditions on the form which is taking a while to load the form. Could you let us know if you have used any calculation wizard with any functions along with the conditions? Since there are about 400 fields, it would be difficult to identify which field/condition is exactly is causing the issue. You may try reverting the to the earlier working version from the form revision history. Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

I have tried cloning your JotForm again and tried disabling a few conditions which didn't work. However, I have tried deleting all the conditions using the old conditions wizard and the condition wizard is loading fine. With this, I understood that there is an issue one of the conditions set on the form. After investigating the issue further, I found that there is a condition set with a deleted field which is causing the issue. I have deleted this condition and see that the wizard is working fine now.
I have also deleted this condition on your JotForm with no fields selected for both rules and actions. The conditions wizard is working fine now on your form as well.

conditions were working- but now the live form is broken!

Thanks again Kiran! One thing that I have noticed is that JotForm tends to not work very well on Chrome. I'm now using it mainly with Firefox and it seems to be working more smoothly.
