I've added an autoresponder option, and chose the box where the client add his email address to the "recipient email", but the clients don't get my emails.
what can I do?

I have tested this form in your account http://www.jotformpro.com/form/63254430214950 and I can see the email auto-responder is being sent properly, I have submitted it and received the email without problem:
What I have noticed is that your email address field is not required so it means that if the field is empty the email auto-responder will not be sent, it could be also that the email address of your submitter is in our bounce list so I would suggest you to check it in our bounce list in order to find if the email is there, if you find it in, then simply removing it will help to receive emails again.
