    Hello,

Can you cliarfiy how the number of forms for each of the available pricing plans are calucalted - i.e. Are the number of forms listed in the pricing section per month or cumulative? Does this number include Archived forms?

Can you import existing forms from Formstack and/or Constant Contact?

    Thanks! Ruth

"Number of Forms" pertain to all the active forms in your account. Every time you create, clone, restore, and enable, a form it will be counted against your limit and this is not monthly based. How are the number of forms calculated? Image 1 Screenshot 40

You can simply check your limit here:

Or, by going to the Usage section of your Account Settings page.

Yes, this includes active forms in your Archived Folder. Deleted forms that are in your Trash Folder are not counted, of course.

I have moved your concern regarding importing of forms from Formstack and/or Constant Contact to a new thread to avoid confusion considering it is a different topic.

    Thank you.
