why are my forms showing as over quota

    I have created a new form and it is stating that we have used all of the allocated data. Why is this not back to the basic free trial?

    I checked your account and it still showed as Storage, even though you have upgraded to Bronze.  I set your subscription to the current level and you should no longer have any trouble with your forms show as over quota.
