How to create basic information planner form and integrate with Freshbooks?

I typically send 3 different forms for my clients to fill out (I am a wedding planner). I ask for their basic contact information and wedding details, I have them sign a docusign contract, then I take a deposit using Freshbooks. I would love to see if I can combo the three. Is this possible?

Next question - can I create a custom template creating my own questions and spots for them to fill in?

When I send them these details, do I send them a link, they click on it, fill it out and then is it emailed back to me?

Thank you for contacting our Support.

Yes, you can combine all that in one form.

You can collect basic contact information with all necessary details you need, with DocuSign and Freshbooks integration:

You can use all basic information fields:

    And Freshbooks integration: https://apps.jotform.com/app/freshbooks_integration

You can use any of the Publish methods: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-form-embed-code-should-I-use

For your template question, I opened a separate thread and you can find it here.
