Form designer not showing the hidden fields through conditions

i can't see fields in designer but the final form. And the other way round. But I can see them in editing the conditional logics.

Unfortunately, it is how the Form Designer works. The tool will be the preview of your actual form. It means that the conditional logic are being applied. 

You can disable the conditions temporarily if you want to use the Form Designer to customize your form. Here's a screen capture on how to disable and enable a condition:
