I'm not sure I understood your question correctly. By default, when a user/visitor/respondent submits a form, what they'd see afterwards is just the Thank You page. This means that the form will no longer be visible as soon as it is submitted.

Are you perhaps trying to ask how to limit the submission to be once per respondent? Meaning, once RESPONDENT A is done submitting, RESPONDENT A won't and should not be able to submit the form again.

If so, then just set up the Unique Submission option of your form.
