Some of our jotforms are missing PayPal fields in the payment wizard box?

Do you mean the paypal payment integration field has been removed and is missing from your form or do you mean something else?

I've checked your form you provided above and didn't see the paypal integration on it.

Did you maybe delete it by accident perhaps?

When is the last time you recall seeing it on your form roughly?
