How can I change the contact email address in my account?

Our Executive Director, Lori Eisenhaur, left in September 2016. She has been replaced by Lisa Westermark. Email:

Do you have an account with us besides the one called "BCEpilepsySociety", which associated email address is "lisa@bcepilepsy.com"?

No, that is the only account. However your email is still going to Lori@bcepilepsy.com which is incorrect.

I have  checked your account "BCEpilepsySociety" and I can see the email address used there is  "l**a@b********y.com" and there is not a form created so could not be possible that the other email address is being used as recipient.

However, I can see that there is an account related to the email address "L**i@b********y.com" and the username is "BCEpilepsy" this is most likely the reason why you're still receiving emails on that email address from JotForm, you will receive emails from submissions if the email address is being used as recipient.

So if you have access to that account I would suggest you to remove that email address so you do not receive emails anymore. 

 

I do not have access to BCEpilepsy but am the contact now. Can you change this?

Although the email addresses seem to be under the same domain we cannot proceed with the change on the email address used in the account "BCEpilepsy" since we will need to get the permission from the owner, it is a paid account so if you could provide us the last 4 digits of the Credit Card used to pay that subscription would be helpful so we can proceed with updating the info in that account.
