unable to receive email for reset the password

    Hello Jose, the email you used on this post appears to be in the Bounce List with the following reason:

    Your email is now removed from the Bounce List so you should now start receiving emails. Try resetting your password one more time by going to the LOGIN page then click the FORGOT PASSWORD link.
