Cancel my account

    I had sent a request to cancel the account and I Still got charged

    I need the money refunded back to the card and I need this service cancelled asap

    As per your request, we have canceled the Bronze monthly subscription on your account and processed the refund for the last payment. Your account is now downgraded to Free subscription. Please allow 5 to 7 business day to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
