HOW TO GET RESPONSES TO COME SEPARATELY VS ALL TOGETHER

WHEN WE RECEIVE EMAIL RESPONSES THEY COME TOGETHER AS A SET OF (TOTAL RESPONSES) VS ONE BY ONE.

You must have assigned multiple recipient email addresses on notifier Recipient E-mail field. So the email message was sent as a CC'ed email.

If you want to send the notifier separately for each intended recipient, you must create a separate Notification E-mail for each recipient instead. This will send the email in BCC mode.
