Forms not be forwarded to our email account.

    Hello, Our forms are not be forwarded to our email accounts, it seems to be a problem every Monday for the past 3 weeks that they are getting stuck on the jot form side.

    It appears that your email address was added to the bounce list, which is why you were not receiving the notifications. However, I also see that it has already been removed from the bounce list, and the notifications are now being sent correctly.     To prevent further bouncing related issues, you may follow this guide: How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues. If you have SMTP credentials, you may also try setting your own email as the sender email so your email service provider doesn't block the emails. Here's How to Setup SMTP for a Form
