When i fill out the test form, the email filling out the form receives the confirmation email, but there is no notification email being sent to the originator email on the form.

I checked your email history and it looks like the email notifications are being sent successfully. You can also check this on your account with the help of this guide: How to view all your form Email History
Please check your spam box to see if the emails were sent there. If they are, you can mark them as Not Spam to resolve the issue. I would also suggest adding email@example.com to your trusted senders list.
