    Thanks Jonathan,

I did all the steps as you suggested and it's still having a split personality issue.

    what do you suggest now?

    Hi,

I have checked your previous thread about the same issue. According to my understanding, you are wondering why heading image of your form is not appearing correctly when you share it on Facebook.

I cloned your form to my side and shared it on my Facebook account (only me). I also replicated your issue but this issue was related with Facebook.  Please have a look at Facebook Developer page in below:

    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.jotform.com%2F63248844596874

You can see warnings in the following image when you share your form in your Facebook account.

My suggestion is to update your form according to supported minimum and maximum image size, image name etc. by Facebook. Could you please have a look at this page and make changes on your form according to this instruction? Facebook-sharing-best-practices

If it is not your issue, could you please explain your issue detailed in this thread?

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I have prepared a video for you. Please have a look at this video:

    Let me clarify my video:

#1- I used https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/best-practices to check image size.

#2- I updated image in my form heading.

#3- I copied the form URL and paste is to:

           https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?

I find Time Scraped option in this page and click Scrape Again to refresh my sharing. After that, I also changed my form title to show you how Scape Again works.

#4- I clicked Open Graph Object Debugger under the URLs.

#5- In Open Graph Object Debugger, I clicked Fetch New Scrape Information button to refresh page.

     https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/

You can see how will be the final view of your form when you share it on Facebook in Open Graph Object Debugger page, too.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.
