Downgrade Account

    I know to downgrade my account I need to access the Plimus site, but it is saying my email address is invalid even though I'm sure it is the one I used to sign up with.  I am looking to go from Premium to Free.

    Could you downgrade my account for me? I need to downgrade asap as I am about to/have just passed into my next billing cycle.

    Your subscription has been canceled as requested. Account will stay Premium until May 17, 2012 and will then be reverted back to a Free account.
