Incorrect Form Submission Counter

Our form submission counter is reading 324 since the subscription renewal on the 16th November. I have added up the submissions to make a total of 40.

Is the counting mechanism failing?

The submission counters for all accounts start on the first day of a month, regardless of when you've upgraded your subscription or if your account is on the free plan. The counters always reset on the first day of a month.

As your account had received 324 submissions since the start of the month, that is the number that your account shows at this time.
