Error after form submission

    The page with error message "This page cannot be accessed now" appeared right after the form submission. Please rectify. Thanks.

    I cloned your form and tested on my side. I sent submissions to the form from my mobile device from both Safari and Google Chrome browsers. I could not replicate the same problem.

    I also sent a test submission to your form. Everything worked fine. This may be a temporary issue.

    Please try again and if the problem still persists, could you provide us the information about the browser you are using?

    Hi Emily, the same problem happened again on iPhone with Safari browser.

    Is this due to Jotform's SSL submission problem?

    Note: my site is HTTP without SSL.

    Hi,

    I have checked your form and sent you some test submissions.

    I also tried on different browsers (Safari, Chrome and Firefox). I didn't replicate your issue on computer.

    I also tried to submit your form on mobile (Android and iOS) and I didn't replicate your issue on mobile devices, too.

    Could you please clear your browser caches and also form caches and retry? If your issue persist, please feel free to let us know.

    Hi,

    I have made more investigation on your form and search your "Error Message" about security that you get in mobile. 

    First of all, all of our form URLs, embed links etc are secured by default. Please move your form to a secure website, too. This conflict may cause this problem but please note that I didn't replicate your issue during my test submissions.

    Another suggestion is to change your "Send Post Data" settings as "No" in Preferences>Advanced.

    Could you please share the version of operating system and version of your mobile device?
