I asked a question about sub-user and received a reply from Olivia but it hasn't solved my problem....
I am a sub-user and I cannot see all the information that my parent can on our forms: for instance, I cannot see the names, age etc. of people who have filled out our forms.
Please see the attached image and advise how my parent can grant me access to these information.

This is most probably happening because your parent-user has not enabled the "Europe Datacenter" option. Have a look at the following image:
Please ask your parent-user to transfer his data to EU. After that, try again to see submissions on your side.
