Is the issue still occurring or the issue was fixed but it just happened again?
I have checked your account and I see that the only form in it has 3 successful submissions. The email notification of those submissions were all successfully sent to the email address associated with your account.
You will be able to view the information in your account's history page.
I would suggest you make an actual test submission to your form. Fill it up and submit it.
