form isn't being disabled

I have disabled a form but external links to it on other websites can still open an active form. I also tried disabling it using a date but it's not disabling it.

I checked your form and indeed, it was showing enabled even though it was set as disabled.  I toggled the option to enabled then disabled again and now it shows as disabled.  If you have any other forms like this, let us know and we will forward this to our developers for further review.
