I am no longer receiving email notifications for the Private Training Request Form. Please fix ASAP as it is crucial to my business to receive these.

I see in your History page that emails were sent to email addresses associated with that form:
Could you please be so kind and check if emails ended in your Spam/Junk folder by any chance?
If the issue persists, please let us know.
