I can not go down the page, the scroll bar remains inactive. What is the

Does this happen only when the JotForm is embedded? 

If so, then I would suggest you to check the web console in order to find if there're errors, this seems to be a conflict between the form's code and the code in your website.

These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the web console: 

Google Chrome:

Mac: Command + Option + J

Windows: Control + Shift + J

Firefox:

Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

Mac: Command+Option+K

You could also re-embed your form using the iFrame code, this guide will help you to get it: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
