I need someone to call me asap so i can update my payment method because i do not have log in credentials since my web was being managed by a third party.

I see that your account sennahomes is registered using an email address se*****25@g***.com. I see that your account is currently holding Free subscription plan and it is required to upgrade to a paid subscription plan.
If you do not have the password, you may reset it from the login screen so that the password reset link sent to the registered email address.
