Text HTML Field: Bullet in wrong location on preview screen

    On the edit screen of the document, the placement of the text and bullets are accurate but when I click on the preview screen, there's a missing bullet on the first line and a bullet on the right of the screen in a weird location.

    How do I correct this?

    There was some layout issue caused by the first text line within Text HTML field. I have re-added it to your form.
