Autoresponder Not working

For my form https://www.jotform.com//?formID=61993923789174 I have been trying to get an autoresponder email to work and it will not send. I get notification emails but the autoresponder does not send. I've read a few other threads and tried to delete my email field and reinstate it and it still does not work. I understand my form is encrypted and the encrypted fields will not show up, but the entire email does not send period.

Please note that Autoresponder email will not work if the form is encrypted, because only you have private key to decript the data and your users do not have it.

Unfortunately there is no way to send email to your users once they submit your form. You can created Custom Thank you page to inform them that you received their submission or you can turn of encrypted option.
