Combine two Accounts

Our company has two separate accounts, both at the Bronze level

one is billed monthly at $19 a month, and the other annually at $79.00

We are interested in combining these accounts, to include the sub users, forms and submissions to one of the two accounts, and upgrading to a Silver level

Can you please advise if combining these accounts are possible and if so, what the pricing structure would be for the upgraded plan on an annual level would be.
