    Can you check out email form please?

    We're still having trouble with customer emails leaving our Jotform contact page. Do you see any problems?

    They should go to eyeguy2c@aol.com

    Email address you provide is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    EyeGuy2C@aol.com  is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 521 5.2.1 :  (DMARC:AOL) This message failed DMARC

    Also email address of your account is in the bounce list:

    insightopticalsd@gmail.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is NOT

    I have now removed them from the bounce.

    Why I am not Receiving Email Notifications?

    It seems that AOL is blocking us for violating DMARC policy but we are sending the form emails using our own servers. 

    AOL is known to have a very strict anti-spam measures so make sure to add noreply@jotform.com to your contact or safe sender list.

    If the issue still persist and your email address ends up on our bounce list again, you can set up your notifications to be sent from your own address via SMTP:
