Can I get an automatical number of a submit in my forms?

Ex: when somebody submit a form, a number of wish, or service order is done automatically, and sent to the person

I'm not sure what you meant by "a number of wish" but if what you're aiming to do is generate a Unique number like a service order number, ticket number, tracking number, and so on the the Unique ID widget may fit your requirements: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/autoincrement
