A potential customer recently submitted a "New Buying Partner Welcome Form" from our website.
We have the form integrated with sales force so that all collected data uploads to a newly created lead.
This has worked successfully in the past, but today's (11/22/2016) submission (from 15:37:33) did not populate.
At first we gave it an additional ten minutes, but it' still not there.
Could you tell us, why the data is not appearing. This is affecting our productivity.

I cloned your form and integrated it with my Salesforce account. I sent a couple of submissions but unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the issue that you encountered. The leads appeared in my Salesforce account successfully.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.
