Problems with the date of birth

Asked by Claverie on May 14, 2012 at 03:32 PM

    Good day,

I've two forms and I have problem with one of them. In the first one the field of the date of birth show the data in Spanish (my matter languague and principal opcion to show) and the url is jotformeu.com

But in the second form I just created the field of the date of birth is in English and the url of the form is jotformpro.com

I upgraded with Premium Account because I was glad with the first Form.. But if I can't have any more in Spanish I don't like the service.

    Can you help me?

    thanks you.

I have checked your form and it is fixed now.

For further new forms,  please change the language into spanish on the form builder, before you start creating a new form. This way , the birthday picker will work on the target language.

What I did is to change the form builder into spanish, deleted previous birthday picker and then added a new one.

Should you need further assistance, let us know. We are always glad to assist
