Still not receiving notifications.

    You have removed us from the bounce list twice. Can you please check it again? We are still not receiving customer emails. If its there again, can you please figure out why?

    If an email service provider keeps rejecting the emails from jotform, then that address will be added to the bounce list. Please allow me to inform you that AOL has very strict anti-spam measures, which may be why your email address is in the bounce list again. 

    I have removed your address from the bounce list and the notifications should be sending again. Please make sure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list. You can prevent further bouncing related issues by following our guide here: How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues

    May I suggest not using an AOL address for your email notifications. They are notoriously strict with filtering and tend to be placed on our bounce list quite often. Gmail addresses are free and work quite well. How to Properly Add, Change, and Test a New Email Recipient Address

    Or if you have SMTP credentials, you may use SMTP to send the emails from your own address instead. Here's How to Setup SMTP for a Form.
