    Hi Jon,

I have tried to download the CSV version of a submission. I get the message "Download Complete" however I am not able to locate the file itself as well.

    Hello,

You can use google sheets from your ipad in order to view your submissions on excel:

I am sorry that you can't use your ipad with an installed excel. You can use google sheets and the submissions are automatically inserted to the spreadsheet.

I hope this answer helps. If you have further queries please contact us again.

    Regards.
