Showing header in the autoresponder PDF

I cannot get my Header to show up in my autoresponder email pdf attachment

You can enable the header and text in the submissions page. Here's how:

1. Go to My Forms page, select the form and click the Submissions button.

2. Click the Cogwheel icon and checked the Show Headers and Texts.
