This is the second time I've reached out to you. I am having a meeting and people have signed up and submitted their forms but I have not received them.
They should be going to jan-mitchell@sbcglobal.net

As I have checked, your account email address jan-mitchell@sbcglobal.net was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason you did not receive submissions into your email address jan-mitchell@sbcglobal.net. I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.
