    This is the second time I've reached out to you.  I am having a meeting and people have signed up and submitted their forms but I have not received them.

    As I have checked, your account email address was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:

    That was the reason you did not receive submissions into your email address I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.

    Hi there, I am having similar issues with an email account.
    These emails were coming through just fine to other accounts (gmail, etc.) but not the one. The email address was on the bounce list, I removed it, but did some more checks and still emails did not come through.

    I have since changed the sender email from to being our main account email using SMTP and it seems to be coming through ok.

    The email address giving us issues is It seems that jotform emails do not come through, either to the regular inbox or to the junk folder.

    Any thoughts on what is going wrong here?
