How to set Unique URL's?

Hello,

Each JotForm comes with its own URL, developed by the platform.

I wanted to know if we would be able to customize URLs, with say our partners name?

For example, each JotForm comes with a URL: https://form.jotform.com/62956355649168.

So instead of the numbers above (629563.......) I want to know if I can include a company name, a company that I partner with (ex. form.jotform.com/uber)?

Can something like this be done?

You are able to create a custom URL as the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

I have cloned your form in order to test it on my side and changed the link as the following: https://form.jotform.com/candy/clone-of-lyft--uber-travel-requests 

Please be aware of that the username should appear between the '//'. You are able to edit the rest of the link after your username as the following screenshot:

Thanks for the information, as this is definitely going to help me going forward.

Quick question, and this is probably a silly question, but what is the "username?" If its my user name on my account "ELshba7" how do I change that? It was established by my former web developer and I have always wanted to change that.

So, to be clear, my username appears after the jotform.com language, then thereafter, I enter the custom link, which I will give the name to potential clients?

The "username" is your JotForm account name. For example, mine is candy and yours is ELshba7.

If you want to change the username, you can tell me and I can change for you. Which username do you want instead of "ELshba7"?

Yes, as a summary you are not able to edit the username part of the link, but you can edit the rest of the link as you can see the screenshot below:

Hello Candy. Make my user name "TBSE" or I guess "tbse" when in the URL's, which stands for my company name - TB (Ticket Buyers) Sports and Entertainment.

George, please note that your username has just been changed from ELshba7 into TBSE. We recommend that you log out of your JotForm account, and then log back in with your new username to ensure there weren't any issues from the username change.

Now, any custom URLs you set will be using your new username.
