Form not always uploading imageAsked by uberdoodle on November 23, 2016 at 02:41 AM
Hi. When the form is submitted it is not always sending the uploaded image. It shows on the page that the image has been uploaded, but once submitted the image isn't always there. What is happening?
shows form is submitted the form what is
I noticed that the Upload Image Files field of your form is not currently set as required, which means that the form can be submitted without a successfully uploaded file. If you want to ensure your form requires a successful file upload in order to be submitted, please mark this upload field as required:
Additionally, I would recommend embedding your form to your website with our iFrame embed method instead of the script embed method you are using now. The iFrame embed method prevents most kinds of scripting conflicts between your website and the form, and therefore allows for a more reliable file upload. Please see the following guide:
Please try it out, and let us know should you need any assistance after that.
