I can't see the SUBIMIT button on my Fb pageAsked by MDBxSDA on November 23, 2016 at 02:59 AM
Can you help?
the link you gave me is: http://654457484667474.link.thndrpnny.com/irBFk
I have checked your Facebook page where the form is embedded and see that the Submit button is displayed normally at my end.
Were you able to resolve the issue? If you are still experiencing the issue at your end, please let us know the browser and operating system that you are using so that we'll try to replicate the issue at our end and provide you with necessary assistance.
Thank you. Yes, Now I can see the button. I also have a little issue with the 'Contact us' button included with the facebook page. If I click it nothing happpens.
Going to the "Welcome" tab I can see the form but I can't see it clicking on the 'Contact us' button.
I have checked your Facebook page and I can see when clicking on the Contact Us button it redirects to this link http://654457484667474.link.thndrpnny.com/irbfk which does not seem to be working, the one you provided above seems to work fine and is a bit different http://654457484667474.link.thndrpnny.com/irBFk so I would recommend you to use this second link since it is the one that redirects to the tab where you have embedded your form.
Please change this and let us know how it goes.
Basically if I click on 'contact us' when I am in my page as admin it doesn't work but if I view the page as a visitor, then the button works fine.
Well, that's ok as far as the visitors can click on it.
